My love for beauty...
I always knew my love for beauty would manifest and lead me to a creative career path, I just wasn't quite sure how. In 2008, after working many years in the financial industry, I decided to take a risk and moved to Washington, D.C. to pursue makeup artistry full-time. Nuts, right?!?
New to the Washington, D.C. area, I used my experience in sales and marketing to create a freelance hair and makeup career in bridal, television and film. I started by working as a freelance artist with MAC, NARS and Bobbi Brown to learn the techniques that transcend across all ethnicities, skin types, and beauty styles.
When I am not working with Brides, I can be found behind the scenes were I manage a team of hair and makeup artists for an international broadcast news organization.
My training in television and film has been an amazing asset in ensuring my bridal looks translate well in high-definition photography and video. It also helps me to anticipate the needs of others in a way that makes the experience impactful in the moment.
My experience, talent, and professionalism allows me to provide every bride with the peace of mind that they will look flawless regardless of skin type or ethnicity on their wedding day. I am your creative partner who is dedicated to ensuring you feel and look your best on the most important day of your life.
